      Call Meliza if you need a loan! Her customer service is amazing! She went above and beyond for us and was kind and friendly. You don’t get service like this anywhere anymore!

      Sierra Pacific FCU is by far THE BEST bank we've ever used. The staff always goes above and beyond. And, they know your name when you walk through the door, you aren't just a series of numbers to them. They've helped us buy 3 new vehicles, and we're planning on refinancing our home through them (so we aren't at the mercy of a big faceless bank in the future). We will NEVER use another bank!

      No atm, no drive thru and they couldn't use my debit card to make a transaction. The place was a complete joke

      No ATM machine and not a co-op bank even though Google said it was.

We also give members access to the co-op ATM network, which has 30+ ATMs around the city. We are a co-op credit union, and this branch does do co-op transactions.
