  I had an appt to get an oil change and rotate tires. The people who work from the Service guys to the office worker are soooo friendly. They have a waiting area with fresh coffee and a tv. My vehicle was done on time and the cost was cheaper than the independent oil change businesses. They have a great team all around at Siemans!

  Jim is an awesome sales rep. I just bought a 2021 F150 Hybrid (love this thing comming from a 6.0 diesel) from him. He was punctual, precise, and a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales tactics (from him or the finance department). He Listened to what i wanted, what i expected and he met them. Highly reccomend the drive if you are a little far away. I drive 90 minutes to get there and id do it again in a heartbeat. He won my business.

  My service person Tyler is a nice guy he knows his job. Whenever I take my vehicle in I always ask for Tyler. They treat you very well at the dealership. Keep up the great work guys.

  Very easy transaction as far as leasing is concerned. Dan our sales person would took care of us was always very attentive with keeping in touch and taking care of the entire process.

  The guys at Siemans’s are courteous and know how to get things done in a timely manner. They offer synthetic oil changes for the best price I have found around the area! And buy 4 oil changes and get the 5th one free with their handy dandy punch card! Thank you, Siemans Ford!

  It was fine. Loaner was a mess with previous user items left in it like toothpicks, large candle, and wrappers; wasn’t wiped down, sticky in many places; dead bugs. But work on my vehicle was completed well. One request was almost missed, but was done before I drove up and found out it wasn’t done.

  I was given an appointment on Tuesday for a recall on my F-150 diesel. When I brought it in the service scheduler said that the technician was in school that day, however he would have someone to work on it Wednesday. The recall said it would take half a day. I didn't get my truck back until late Friday. I had to call the service manager. To make that happen. I won't be returning to Siemens Ford for service.

  Just a Oil / Filter change. They did up the tire pressure, to the pressure recommended on door pillar. I will lower at my 1st opportunity, on longer trims, if it's above mid 80's, the tires will exceed max tire pressure for the TPMS.
