  Have been a member at honor for 4 years but have never banked here just have a auto loan with my now ex that she pays. Applied for a credit card and a refinance on my truck when I saw a promo they were doing. Had all the terms ironed out and was happy with the deal but pulled the plug in the final hour when I came to this branch to sign the paperwork because the associate I met with had a very nasty attitude with me.

  Wow! By far the easiest application/approval process I have been through. I filled out the application online late Saturday afternoon and received a call Monday morning. By late morning I had a pre-approval letter. Jackie was great to work with and made sure to answer all my questions. Thanks for the great service!

  I called Honor credit union to find out about refinancing my car loan and to my surprise we did everything over the phone and I was granted my loan! I’m so happy with Honor Credit Union.

  Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. I transferred my high credit card to 12 month intrest free with no transfer fee. All straight forward and easy. Honor Credit Union is saving me a lot of money every month . So very happy I have switched all my banking to Honor Credit Union. 😊

  So I applied for a business loan for a Semi Truck. My current credit score is in the high 600s close to 700. This is my FICO score. 5 years ago in 2015 I went through a job loss and missed some credit card payments until I could get back up on my feet again. I also had some collections at that time and which I negotiated down to a lower payment. Which I paid. On off the other is with Verizon Wireless and which I have had a phone with them for 15 years now. I talk to Verizon on this matter and they said it was a mistake. Bottom line is I have over 20% to put down on this loan that is $79500. Which they will not finance me for. I am very disappointed in Honors decision base on they look at the what happen to me 5 years ago and not the past 3 years. Thank You Andy Higgins Rizzo Dog Trucking

  I had an appt with Stacey earlier this week. She was very informative, professional, understanding, and helpful! My fiancé and I are new to HCU and Stacey answered all questions we had (no matter how small) about HCU itself, building credit, loans, etc! 5 stars. 👍
