  All about u. When they charge return fees for something I didnt know i returned? Also let's my account go negative from said return fee. Then charges me 25$ to turn my account back on. So that was an easy 50$ from me to them. Glad to see that my money is gone and "Non-refundable" absolute joke of a bank.

  There slogan should be we exploit the poor so you dont have to. This place is one of the worst corporations I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. They are right up there with rent a center, in how they love to exploit the poor. Their entire business is making huge sums of money off of fees, that are specifically targeted at poor people. I can say this, if the Christians are right about things, any one working for this foul demon of a corporation are going straight down. I do not recommend doing business with these foul human beings, unless you are just like them, and love to watch the poor get poorer, and be taken advantage of by huge corporations like this one.

  Been banking with SFCU for well over 10 years now. Have various accounts with them from personal to auto loans. Always pleasant friendly and go the extra mile to help when I needed them.

  This is how bad they are. I'm leaving a review for a bank. They have THE most atrocious online banking systems I've ever seen, and they forced a $95 insurance against me because they didn't like the form I showed them my insurance.

  Tyler, we're glad you let us know of your dissatisfaction. We believe you're referring to our "Agreement to Provide Insurance" policy. When we are the lien holder of a vehicle, we require a declaration page from your insurance company which explains the specific coverage on your vehicle (compensation and collision). The fee you have left a review on, may be because we didn't receive that correct information from you or your insurance company. We will reach out to you today. We are more than happy to assist you in getting us the correct information we require, showing insurance coverage on your vehicle.

  I have been a SFCU member since 1979. They have always offered superior service, the employees are professional, yet friendly. I can't think of any improvements to suggest!

  Thay have decided to change my address to someone else's address who now has my info I can clearly see that someone opened it and reglued it I still have the letter and I am not going to open it I will be closing thi's account and bank with someone who cares about people

  Their slogan is "we're all about you" well, their not! Their extremely nasty and hard to work with, I'm not saying I'm not at fault but they will screw you over first chance they get! Go somewhere else!
