  I had a not so pleasant experience at the dealership previously so I was leery of going back. A friend recommended I talk with his salesman Glenn Mattes. I'm glad I did. Much different experience. I purchased a new truck off of Glenn that day and will be seeing him for any future purchases.

  I brought my car into Sturman & Larkin Ford to have my headlight replaced. Scott, the Service Advisor was wonderful.Even though I didn't buy my car there, he treated me like I did. He took the time to get the information on the headlight and he also took care of the recall on my car. If there is ever a problem with my car, I will definitely bring it to Sturman & Larkin Ford.

  On October 13th 2018 a used car on the lot caught my attention so I pulled in to have a look. I liked everything that I saw (condition of the car, price, mileage, etc) and at that time Salesman Mike Heck arrived. We chatted a bit and he talked things that made sense. Numbers, financing, credit rating, and so on. No "what will it take to get you in this car today" stuff. No pressure tactics. No "let me talk to my manager". And when I told him what I was looking for he didn't attempt to steer me towards anything else. My experience here was fantastic and I'm so happy I stopped that day!

  My wife and I were amazed at how well we were treated, even with three restless kids lol. No pressure, no rush, listened to what we wanted and did not try to sell us something we did not want. In fact we went originally just went to look, not to buy, and informed our sales consultant, Mike Heck, of this and he still took his time with us. Then one thing led to another and everything felt right here and we ended up leaving very happy with a beautiful truck. Thanks Mike.

  Great experience working with Roger, I purchased a new Ford Focus and it was a seamless process that only took a few hours. I was impressed with their honesty and helpfulness. It was a wonderful experience and I could not be happier with my new car.

  Wow! Awesome! I have never had a better experience in my life at a car dealership. Tom Merikas was amazing, non-pressure and really knew his stuff. He set me up in a car that was perfect for me and within my budget. He easily handled any snafus and I was driving home in my new car that very day.   Shults Ford goes above and beyond for its customers. I previously purchased another Ford when it was Sturman and Larkin still after the change the team they have takes care of all the questions and concerns and has a lot of programs to suit various needs. I did not have the best credit and I student and Shults Ford was still able to find what best fit.

  Bought a 2016 F150 Certified pre owned with 41000 miles. Truck came with 1 key instead of the required 2, came without floor mats, came with a glove box that would not stay closed. Two days after the purchase the truck began to blow blue/gray smoke from the exhaust long with having a super rough idle. Two weeks later, there's no motor oil on the dipstick. I was told by the service manager that I was checking the oil improperly How did this truck get a certified pre owned tag? Yes its covered under warranty, due to a Ford technical service bulletin that is well documented online. So I paid extra money for a CPO truck, but that money will surely cover the repair cost on the truck. I could have bought another truck nonCPO for far less money.so In a nutshell, I prepaid for these repairs, even though they're "under warranty".

  Vehicle I purchased was as advertised and priced $6k under kbb. Very good deal. Salesman name is Roger. Best sales associate I've ever dealt with. Strongly recommend dealing with Roger at Sturman and Larkin. Won't find a more honest, straight forward, respectable salesman than this guy.
