Unlike other lenders, Aadit ShubhMortgage really looks out for the buyers. As a mortgage broker, he stood out compared to big retail chains in his interest rates offering, no hidden fees, communication, and services. He was always available even after hours and willing to answer in detail any questions that I had. I never even felt like I had to do anything except sign. We were able to win the deal in a HOT market because we offered 21 day closing on a Jumbo loan. He was able to get our loan approved the next day, taking the stress away from us and completed the deal before deadline. His effort made it possible to get our dream home.

  Aadit sitaula (Shubh agent) is more than hard working , committed, down to earth and best realtor in town. If I get to buy more house in the future, I would definitely work with him again and again. He won three offers for us within a month. He, being a lender and realtor, knows your pocket best and gives his 100% to make it happen. He closed our deal in 15 days which I think is a record itself.
