Chad worked diligently to ensure I was able to purchase the place I fell in love with and worked directly with the bank when things got a bit sticky.   Purchased our first home with Chad Baker and his team. Overall great experience and everyone was on top of their game. Chad was able to create multiple offers within an hour of viewing multiple properties which was very much appreciated. The CrossCountry Mortgage software was also pleasant and easy to use.   I have worked with Chad on a number of occasions and have always been impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and the ethics that Chad and his team demonstrated. Always upfront with the loan terms with no hidden fees and surprises later on. Many mortgage brokers will promise fast close, but Chad and his team will deliver. Not only for the single family primary residence loans, but for high balance investment properties as well. Highly recommend!

  We would highly recommend Chad and his team if you are looking for a loan. Initially we planned to get a loan from our long time bank/credit union. Unsatisfied with the urgency from our bank/credit union, we gave Chad a call. After one conversation, we knew we were in good hands. Chad was very helpful explaining the process for us being first-time home buyers! The pre-approval process was very easy. They use a web platform that easily allows you to link accounts and attach necessary finance documents. Once we got rolling, his team took care of everything for us and everything went as planned! From start to finish, Chad's team took great care of us and we will recommend to friends and family.

  If you're a serious real estate investor, you HAVE to work with Chad and Team. Chad and team have taken me from my first property a year ago, to my third investment this year.
