  We did our research and thought carefully before choosing a Mortgage company. Our first loan 10 years ago was the complete opposite of this... We worked with Douglas Shoemaker on purchasing our recent home at USA Mortgage. We are so pleased that we chose him! His team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! We would definitely use again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home loan. Doug would take the time to send us personalized videos explaining the process to us every step of the way. Which was very much appreciated!   I am really not sure how to explain this expect by saying that God meant this to be season for me to purchase a home and He selected Doug and his team to be His agent. This is the second home we have purchased. I was expecting for at least 3 to 4 months of my life to be stressful, unpredictable and filled with a lot of uncertainty. Doug's team was attentive, respectful and customer-focused to make sure our buying experience was not only simple, but the right fit for us. Doug reached out me and set the expectation and was extremely accessable throughout my process. The awesome was that I talked to him only at the milestones of my home purchase, his team was amazing. They contacted promptly and often to make sure I understood what was required and why it was needed. They responed sometimes within minutes of my request for information, but never longer that 5hrs. During the time all required documentation was received, the continued to provide updates on where were were in the process, it did not feel like they were doing it because it was required, it actually felt like they understood the stress and genuinely wanted to eliminate the amount of stress that comes with waiting. During the times of my uncertainty, his team continued to have faith in the process and me and being a man of faith, it really reaffirmed that my God is Able and strong when I am weak. Thank you to the entire Shoemaker team for helping me give my family what they deserved and believing in me. God bless you all and everything that you that comes in the future.

  Doug and his team were so amazing to work with making my first home purchase! The process was seamless and his personalized videos were so informative and tailor-made to MY specific loan. Doug was a font of information regarding preparation for being approved by lenders, and his knowledge saved me from any of the hiccups that typically can occur in the final days before closing. From the very beginning he predicted any questions I could have had and answered them without my having to ask. I can only attribute this to his many years of experience in his field. Communication was constant and expedient. Many regards to his entire team-I truly feel they went above and beyond what is expected of a mortgage broker, and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again for future home purchases!

  Doug and his ENTIRE team went above and beyond for my husband and I’s refinance. Doug spent the extra time to explain everything from start to finish and even provided a wonderful informative video before closing! Carol and Kathie were also always there to answer questions and come up with solutions and of course ericka was wonderful as well! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone buying or refinancing!!

  We did not think we were ready for a home but God said otherwise, and he blessed us to work with Jay Jenkins! He was an outstanding asset to this process. My husband and I were nervous about taking such a big step, but Jay was thorough and detailed. He made sure that we understood what was happening, communicated often, and kept us reassured that this was the time for us! We had a 30 day closing timeline, and Jay made sure that all parties had what they needed to keep the stress from us. He communicated on weekends and holidays which was amazing. He also made sure that the tutorial videos were personalized which made us feel like we were in his office! Jay was an essential player in this process, and I am so thankful for him.
