mjjsgirl581I walked in this morning at about 9:20 8 a.m. the place was drab the employees were rude no one spoke or said good morning. I stood there and stood there for about 5 minutes then I had to ask dose anyone greet you here? and the receptionist he looked up in and scrawled I saw you ma'am but I'm busy doing something else. I just looked and said I just wanted to be acknowledged. so he was like may I help you? I told him what I needed. Then one of the other employees came out and she just start asking me questions right there in the hall.. I said ma'am I don't want everybody here knowing my business can we go and be seated and she's like oh oh oh yes. Come on one rude place they all need retraining..

ElJaie Jones1If I could give 1/2 star I would. Its been a year and no improvement. This place is ridiculous. They are slow, unprofessional, and unkind. They need professional development courses. Without our money they wouldn't have a job!!! Time to seriously start looking for another credit union.

Brenda Babjak5The SWCU has serviced myself and my deceased husband for many years. The service is great on all accounts. I would much rather use SWCU than any other bank or SL because they give me peace of mind and security, knowing your accounts are safe. Great service.

Teresa Cortes3I used to really like the non-hassle of everything this CU offers but customer service really, REALLY needs to be addressed. Whenever I call, the person answering seems to always have a bad attitude and any questions asked are always responded with a "how dare you" response. At one point, it seemed as if she was going to yell at me because I asked if there was a way to do things over the phone (given the current pandemic). She responded as if in disbelief that I can't come in or for even suggesting it. That's not a very accommodating attitude at all given the circumstances. Like another reviewer mentioned, it's not what you say, it's how you say it. It seems, unfortunately, that people who work here seem to be miserable as their customer service reflects exactly that attitude. Other than that, I greatly appreciate online services because I avoid dealing with those who work there.

Felesa Melvin1The worst Credit Union ever. You can't get through the phone line it al ways goes to voicemail and no call back. You go through the drive thru they don't speak. They have on line banking thats just a waste of time, it never works, you lucky if you can get some one o reset you account. The Credit Union is so out dated hey still using paper slips. The Credit union need to be Put in the trashed!!!!!!!! They just need to clean house, start from the top and work down..........

Delicate Flower2They are a don't ask don't tell business . Unprofessional, rude, lack of organization and incapable of STABILITY. They can't keep employees because they don't know how to treat them. They overload employees with work that's not even in job description yet doesn't want to pay. They'll have you train new employees w/ no pay. They think they can talk to you any way and expect you to comply! Lol The president has no knowledge of the credit union or what it offers. Members go in everyday complaining and closing accounts due to lack of.. the security guard secures absolutely nothing BUT the "beautiful" women as he rocks back and forth in his chair in his corner. I use to work here less than a month ago. All of this took place and is currently taking place now. Choose wisely when in search for a credit union as well as employment here. Wanna be used? Kept out of the loop? Great place for ya! THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO ME WHILE WORKING HERE WAS LEAVING! Want to be talked to with respect and dignity? Handle business else where!

Esmeralda “QweenKong” Torres1I have been using this shared branch for at least 7+ years without an issue. Yet, the teller I interacted with the last 2 times was rude. The issue is not the facility or its services but the tone of her attitude and verbal delivery that rubbed me the wrong way. SWCU called my credit union and requested I don't come back to their branch but little do they know I had already decided not to go back due to this one rude teller. I am more than happy to grant your request Sherwin Williams CU and ask that you speak to this teller regarding her negative demeanor. I will not say names but am sure you can identify the teller based on my last transaction. ITS NOT WHAT YOU SAY BUT HOW YOU SAY IT THAT MAKES THE WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!!

Shelly Koreen1Terrible! Please don't get sucked in! We've been with these people over 15 years and in the last 5 or so it's really gotten terrible. They charge fees for every little thing. I called to check my balance and the man told me I was going to be billed $3. for a balance inquiry. Even though it's a savings account which doesn't qualify for online banking or a debit card... I guess I just have to wait for my statement....

A. Genius Production1you cannot deposit cash into the atm. I've had an account with them over 12 years and my loan officer constantly mispronounces my last name. She also has a hard time explaining finance charges and has some questionable software skills. there is an older lady with a very sour demeanor at the front desk. there are fees for almost everything. The Highlights here are a Gentleman named John and a few of the clerks who are highly professional informed and have great customer service skills. Tread carefully.
