Impossible to get thru on the phone on a Saturday, and when you do, you encounter an unhelpful, refusing to help employee regarding a 10 day check hold for a paycheck that is a regular deposit. Thankfully, Customer Service was able to help me. Employees at this location need to be replaced.

Julie A1I give this bank no stars and in the one week I have had 2 accounts it has been a terrible experience. I have not been able to access the ability to use bill pay because their online security system is set up in a ridiculous fashion. After three days of calling customer service I finally got someone to give me a straight answer. 5/3rd has it set up that you must receive a verification code in order to use the online services to your contact information. However their stupid security system is set up so that it does not recognize your contact information for 30 days to send you a verification code. In the meantime you are in a holding pattern.

Erin Bosman1Stay away from this ignorant bank. No one knows what they are doing. No one has the authority to override faulty computer decisions. Long wait times. They won't let you take your money out when you want. Just do yourself a favor and bank anywhere else.

Guerdy Jeanty1The wait time in line is horrible. All of these employees sitting around and laughing while the line is ridiculously long. Why do you need to wait for over 20 minutes for any transactions. RIDICULOUS!! So unprofessional..its only 12 pm.
