  I can't begin to say how happy I am that we had Sheppard Real Estate Group help us with the purchase of our home. The service and help we got was outstanding. Brice listened to what we were looking for and found us (almost) exactly what we wanted. The buying process can be stressful and at times frustrating but Brice helped us through it and took care of everything that needed to be handled. I couldn't believe how responsive he was to all of our requests and questions , and he helped us far more then we ever hoped to about the process of buying a house .   Buying a house and searching for the right home is an exciting time yet one of the most stressful times in life. With Shepard Real Estate Group, the process could not have gone more smoothly. Brice saw 21 houses with us and helped us find the perfect home for us that has everything we wanted and needed. From the search for our perfect home to the closing date, Brice and his team were there with us every step of the way to provide support and answer any of the questions we had- and we had many. Brice and his team were extremely patient and answered every question we had. Whenever we reached out we would receive a prompt response. They were in constant communication with us, explaining everything so that we understood everything that was going on and what would be coming next. There were no surprises! We have heard some horror stories, but we were lucky enough to have the best home buying experience.   Sheppard Real Estate Group is great! Brice and Nilsa are an absolutely pleasure to work with! They were super patient and very responsive throughout the entire process of searching for homes, painstakingly going through the many homes we sent them, sending us potential homes to look at, setting up appointments, and finally during the purchase of our home. Brice was always on top of things with details, following up with the broker, lawyers, banks, etc and always a text or phone call away. He always responded to my questions immediately and was really knowledgeable about the process and comes with years of experience.   I met Tiffany as the sellers agent to a co-op I was interested in. Unfortunately the offer fell though, but she was so helpful that I chose her as my realtor. Buying a co-op, is a extremely long and hard process, and dealing with grants make the process that much harder. She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of real estate, and was involved every step of the way. She was truly a blessing, and I would always refer her to anyone I know.
