  Recently went to the Bayshore branch to close out my late fathers account, I was greeted and helped by Anviksha all I can say she deserves a raise she made the whole process so easy, she was professional, kind, and efficient. A great asset to BFCU for sure ! Thank you again

  Went to exchange small bills for hundreds. Instead of being politely greeted by the next teller(Alejandra) she simply looked at me & sort of flipped her fingers at me like “come here”..then she tells me they don’t have hundreds to give me & said I should go to Waldbaums about 8 miles away! I asked how many can you give me?..& she then got on the phone with a supervisor who told her to give me the original amount I was there for..doesn’t end there..after counting out the $$ for me I said “Thank you have a great day” to which she replied “mmhmm”, as opposed “you too” like a normal customer service driven business would do..so unprofessional, should be fired or sent for training

  Excellent bank. I opened a business account today. The representative Carlson Fabre was knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions. Carlson background in the banking field and his excellent customer service lead to a favorible experience. I will definitely recommend him to my fellow business owners in my Le tip group.   The location is very clean, safe, and very friendly staff. They provide very detailed service. I love coming here for all my financial needs. They also have free notary for members as well. Stay lit 🔥

  Very unprofessional employee at Bethpage no wonder No one takes them serious ,Not to mention I got Appprove for 10k,i went to that location to finalize the deal OMG why did I go there ....lol after visiting Bethpage and Not getting the service I deserve went to Nefcu Got Approve on the spot walk out with Pl Visa and a smile ,...Better banking Nefcu ....

  Id give the branch 3 stars but overall since opening a new account with BFCU I've had nothing but problems and misleading information. My advice, be careful and read EVERYTHING before opening ANYTHING.

  I really hate the fact that sometimes none of their ATM’s work.. even if you go to a different branch, they are all out of service most of the time

  THE MANAGER AT THIS PLACE IS RUDE, IF YOU TALK TO 5 PEOPLE AT BETHPAGE YOU WILL GET 5 DIFFERENT ANSWERS AND INSTEAD OF BEING DEDICATED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS EASIER FOR THEM TO BE LAZY. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE TEACHER FEDERAL CREDIT UNION IS BETTER
