  Shelly was an absolutely delight to work with! As first time home buyers, we were unsure of how the whole process worked. We shopped around and met with several different loan officers and what lead us to go with Shelly was her transparency, accessibility and her disposition .   Over the course of 3 years of on and off house hunting, I've gone from someone who knew nothing about buying a home to having one myself and that was due in large part by the guidance of Shelly. Shelly was so amazing to talk to and was a helpful voice through the whole process.   Shelly is fantastic! I had to change lenders late in my buying process - Shelly stepped in and was incredible. She made sure we didn't miss the close date even though we were only 3 weeks away from closing when we first started working together. Her team worked so quickly and there were no hidden last minute documentation requests. She was upfront about the process and knew of some rate discounts based on area/ first time buyer. I would highly recommend Shelly, in fact I would work with Shelly from the beginning of the buying process next time.

  Shelly was awesome to work with when I was buying my house... she's super knowledgable, and was able to answer all of my questions. When you're making a big purchase, it's nice to know you've got someone in your court helping you through all of the things that come up... Shelly set my mind at ease and made the whole process a breeze - we even closed early, she was that on top of things! I can't recommend Shelly enough!
