  2nd loan with caliber and shelle young has made it a very simple experience she goes out of her way to explain things to us there were no surprises other then that the loan went through faster then we thought which we loved…to me caliber loans is shelle and shelle is caliber loans. When my son is ready for a house we will use her again no doubt about it.

  Brandy and Amanda were incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient in navigating us through the details associated with our mortgage. Their customer service was really valuable when we were shopping for our first home. Because their support allowed us to focus on finding our home we didn't have to constantly worry about the outside factors -- they did the heavy lifting in that area. Brandy was recommended to us by a friend, and we will make sure to pass Caliber's name on as well. They made everything really easy and understandable, which was very important to us.

  Hope Buck is wonderful to work with. Her communication skills are excellent and she kept us informed daily of where our loan was in process and got it cleaned up and closed in less than two weeks after the original loan processor had been unable to complete it in six months. We so appreciate her and highly recommend her. If we have other mortgage needs we will definitely call Hope. Joyce James

  Hope Buck was incredible to work with. The very first virtual interaction with her which was a proactive email she sent us while we were in the middle of our application to see if we had any questions, which we did, gave me a great first impression. From there her constant communication and updates, whether via email with the necessary parties involved or answering my one off questions via text, she was great about keeping constant communication and was very accessible when we needed her. I can't say enough great things about our experience with Hope. She was so quick to get things set up and got the ball rolling that it was like hurry up and wait for other things to catch up. We hit it off so well that I only wish we had gotten to work with her in person, that would have been the icing on the cake for this experience but it honestly didn't detract at all from our overall experience. I just look forward to making an excuse to grab coffee with her to finally meet her in person.

  Shelle helped us with the purchase of our vacation home. From the start she was very upfront with everything she would need to make the loan happen. She even worked a late night and evening to make the loan close on time. Shelle is such a likeable and trustworthy person to work with.
