  Brandy and the Caliber team were great to work with and I would highly recommend giving them your business. We did a cash out refinance and couldn't be happier. All paperwork was managed online and only had to be in person to sign at closing. Even that was super easy and fast.

  I used Hope Buck for our refinance and she was unbelievably amazing!! She was patient and understanding, she bounced back and forth with me about our final numbers. She got rid of our first time home buyers mortgage and saved me 500 a month! Even when our appraisal was 5000 short and we had to keep our PMI she ran the numbers again and said in 8 months we can have it removed. Once again saving us from coming in with money. This is was my first loan with caliber and I’m so happy with my choice! Thank you Hope!

They answered all of my questions, charge very reasonable fees, and clearly disclose and explain them. They use secure technology so most things can be done electronically, even on an iPhone which is very convenient. I didn’t even bother going to my credit union. Brandy got me a very low fixed interest rate. I highly recommend using Brandy and her team for a purchase or refi.
