  Had household item stolen and shop refused to allow me to view any items because I didnt know my serial #s. Just beat around the Bush and would not answer any questions as if they knew the had my stolen things they would not let me even know. Nice loophole policy for them to fulfill and finish a theifs job.

  Richard, I understand your frustration with stolen items; I hope you were able to get them back. The best thing to do in this situation is to file a police report and give them your serial numbers. Because of privacy laws, we can’t give out information over the phone. I can assure you the last thing we will do is violate the law by any loopholes and/or help thieves.
