  We have not worked with many Realitors before but I can’t imagine one being better than Shawna. She was always available for questions or concerns and if we left a message, she always got right back to us right away. Shawna is very pleasant to work with and has a great personality but also is professional.Several times we had questions on covenants and other stuff and she would get back to us right away. I am not a real patient person and get frustrated when you feel like you can’t reach someone or they don’t keep you posted... Shawna was awesome keeping us posted on everything. I would HIGHLY recommend her for your real estate needs..

  I can’t imagine having a better experience with anyone. Shawna has been THE most responsive, kind, detailed, attentive, thorough, and caring real estate agent we could have hoped for. She showed us two properties, one of which we ended up buying, and she made the entire deal very easy to do, and took care of all the things we needed, most of which before we asked her, or even knew we needed them! She would answer emails or texts pretty much any hour of any day! That was really above and beyond. She worked with the sellers and helped me get information about the community and contractors, even unrelated directly to the purchase. I cannot recommend Shawna more highly.
