      The people working there are lovely, and incredibly helpful, but finding the right office was a bit confusing the first visit.

      The good: Apparently the paperwork was right once it was done. The bad: Caused delays to closing. Failed to communicate when there were problems. Clerk staff was unprofessional, rude and will not communicate. Wouldn't answer questions about closing when I called to ask. Really made for an overall unpleasant experience.
