  You have out standing customer service. I have been working with Michele Collins on coverage for our vehicles. She is great! She was very helpful and welcomed me and my puppy like we were most important. Highly recommend her and Mike Watson Insurance company

  We have recently switched our home,farm and auto insurance to Mike Watson State Farm. The transition thanks to Samantha Huckabee, was simple and without any inconvenience. Samantha understood that my husband and I work full time and didn't need to miss work,so she worked sometimes after hours to help us get everything switched and most importantly correctly . Mike actually came to our home and sat down at our kitchen table and went over every aspect of our policies. He answered questions and explained why certain policies would work best for our particular situation. I cannot express our gratitude to this agency for their time and respect for our policies. I am proud to be involved with such caring people.

  I have had my business with them for years. Mike and his team are the #1 team in the game. They KNOW their products and will service your account as if it were their own. Jim is a life savor, Kristi is out of this world, Sam knows insurance, Tammy and Brianna are key to their successful agency, Michelle will go beyond measures to serve you. Mike and Lesha Watson run a family business and put community first. I would highly recommend using their agency for any home insurance, life, or auto need.   Mike Watson's office is Incredible. I recently had my First claim, thanks to a deer, and I was pleasantly surprised by Agent Jim Golden. His personal service was Instant, Professional, And Sincere! Jim immediately got the ball rolling, saw it through, and Even Followed Up with me! Mike Watson, himself, is the Real Deal. Total Professional and in a small town, like ours, your insurance agent is More than an agent, he's a Friend. Mike, AND Jim, certainly fit the bill.

  My father-in-law lives in Cherokee Village AR and Mike and his team have been his insurance agents for years. I have never had the pleasure of dealing with them until dad became ill. From Wichita KS I telephoned and was immediately charmed by Tammy Moser, his right-hand 'man'! She is such a delight to work with and is so very patient and kind in dealing with someone who is attempting to take over her father's finances! She helped me get dad's affairs with his insurance policies, life, car, home, etc., set up to automatically be processed. She helped me understand what coverages he has, how to ensure nothing fell through the crack during this process, and called me a time or two to advised ways of lessening dad's expenses while maintaining good coverage. She is a remarkable young woman, and these comments only touch the surface of what she can accomplish in this office! Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting both Tammy and Mike when I visited their office. Dad has issues with his roof which he has attempted to fix with snake charms and a little bit of glue! Didn't work. When I explained all to Mike, he immediately advised me of the process to file a claim, told me he wasn't sure whether dad had coverage on such an old roof, but that we would fill out the paperwork and determine one way or another. He did not attempt to mislead me in any way as to what might happen, just informed me of the process and that he would see what could be done once all the paperwork was submitted. We are now in that process, and I know at anytime I have a question or need further advice, I just need to pick up the phone. This group is always willing to help, and the smiles on their faces as they talk with clients can be SEEN over the phone!!! As I stated, I have only recently met this group of professionals, but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office to ANYONE who may be in need of a highly knowledgeable, professional and ethical insurance agency with warm and friendly staff members to service their insurance needs. Thanks to all of you for being such huge help to me and my dad!!!
