  Don’t ever bank here. They literally EMPTIED out my entire bank account to pay a fee that wasn’t even on my account and then when i called they had the nerve to tell me that they had the right to take the money from my account bc i was connected to the account that owed money even though it had NOTHING to do with me. Every single penny that i worked hard for is completely gone now and they aren’t even apologetic. not to mention NONE of this was brought up when my account was opened. Find a better bank because this one isn’t worth it.

  I have had a great experience so far with our mortgage refinance but I think it’s is absolutely terrible that SharonView doesn’t provide a restroom for their customers to use? Not sure if that’s a COVID thing but regardless, a bank should have a restroom for people to use instead of telling me to go to Garner’s next door.

  Stay clear of this Credit Union if trying to get a loan, mortgage, or any other transaction that requires a credit pull. We waited over a month on a HELO with great credit and were lied to daily that it would just be another day or so...We were forced to open an account with them that included a fee to open that account. I believe it was $100 and was then turned down for some unknown reason. We got a $5 refund on that account. We then got our HELO approved with another bank in 3 days. This place is run by idiots. We are Credit Union members in another state with 3 businesses and great credit. The mortgage lender that referred us to them says they will never refer anyone to them again. Do yourself a favor. Find another bank to do business with.

  In more then on way then I can say I dislike this place very much! I feel as if the color of my skin was different I would get better treatment. So many things an issues I could list that me an my husband have witnessed an so much harsh treatment it’s insanity when I keep large amounts of money there! Soon as I get a free day an a day off, I will be switching banks!

  I have been a member of Sharonview for decades. They are always quick to assist in any way. If you are near the Spartanburg location, ask for Wanda! She is awesome!

  Went today to see about a loan for a Harley, spoke with Tara and Wanda-both were absolutely wonderful to work with. I will be moving all my banking to them.
