  I went into this bank a week or so after opening my account online. I made a deposit and asked the teller how I might get my debit card. The branch manager stopped what he was doing and spent like 20 whole minutes with me! He helped me get my card and explained all the benefits. He even took the time to be friendly, and tell me a bit about his personal life. Bravo Regions, you have an amazing team in Spartanburg, SC.

  I had an appointment to speak with someone from the business department about their loan products and it didn’t go well at all. Regions brought out a bank that I have an account at financing a commercial vehicle. Well I’m thinking since I’m already buying a vehicle that it would be a good idea to build a relationship with well I was wrong they were rude and I think they racially profile me as I walked in the bank. I was even told I have an account to apply for credit. I would never recommend regions to anybody but this just could be an isolated incident at this branch

  Been waiting 30 mins in drive thru and only one customer inside and no cars in drive thru and I've been waiting literally this long and im still here currently waiting and the man is always rude and has an attitude and made me count my money back twice and write it down and he didn't even want to count it and used a machine and the machine still was wrong and he still had to count it and got mad when I counted after him ....smh..... I open an account a week later I closed it

  Brent is the best! Dont use anyone other than him he never lets you down. I've been banking here for almost a year.

  STAY AWAY! I went to make a payment at the drive thru and the teller sorted my payment $100. After I noticed the issue I asked her why is my payment short $100 and she claimed I didn't give her the amount I know for a fact that I gave her. I had to go inside and speak with a manager. Long story short I had to wait for them to recount all of her transactions and it turns out my extra $100 was there all long and the teller acted as if it wasn't a big deal

  I’ve been banking, personally and professionally, with this branch of Regions for more years than I can remember. They have always been very courteous and incredibly helpful.

  The tellers are ALWAYS hateful and rude. They told me my deposit had to have the exact change. Really what's a bank for? Wouldn't suggest this branch to anyone.
