  Not only did Shannon provide quick service in a busy market (a must to get the house you want), she took the time to explain everything. As first time home buyers, this was so helpful to have someone explain how it all worked, and help us find the best loan for our needs, with an amazing interest rate. She also had great recommendations for other needs we had like home insurance. Would highly recommend!

  Hey! We know Shannon Thome! We were (were, is an important word here) in the market to purchase a home. Shannon was recommended to us by our Real Estate agent as the first of three choices for a Mortgage Banker. Okay, I admit it, we know absolutely zip when it comes to buying a home, except for paying the monthly payments (you have to pay the monthly payments, right? :-) ). Any old way, Shannon took us in, she took care of us, led us down the right path, right straight up to the day we signed the papers for our new (to us) home! Need I say any more? Yes, I will. I trusted Shannon from day one. She is kind, humorous, knowledgeable, she knows the ropes. She kept us informed every step of the way. Even when we needed to get her some more information, her request came with help, exact information about what we needed to provide. She is available to her clients. Working with Shannon was not a burden; it was fun! Shannon will not lead anyone along. Either you can buy a home or you cannot. If you can purchase a home, if it is at all possible, I believe that Shannon will do all that she can do to help you make your dream come true. For us, buying a home was not a cut and dry situation. We are now in our new home, happy and tired of moving and unloading boxes, furniture and the like. Oh, but what a joy it is to have a piece of property you can call your own, a place where you can "scratch where it itches" and "all" of your family can come over.
