      We bought a Toyota in 2018 and used GSCU for my parents car loan. I am impressed of the interest rates and how fast we can pay off our vehicle! Will definitely use GSCU again in the future if we ever need to purchase a new vehicle!

      I've been with this bank for about a year now and I couldn't be happier! Setting up and changing banks with them was super easy and they were very helpful. And they have awesome perks and interest rates! They also got me a lower interest rate for my car too. Overall great experience so far, no problems and they're very willing to help and make sure everything is going good!

      I applied mortgage loan online after communicating in the emails. When I try to follow up, I did not get response back. They did even ran my background check and credit score for processing. This was few months ago and I think his name is Patrick if I remember correctly. I send 2-3 emails and no response. They ran my credit score too which is on excellent side. I had excellent credit score and don't have any problem. I should have really went to the bank, I just moved on with other bank with my busy schedule. He is terrible did not respond to my emails and phone calls. I do have an account with huge savings. I have perks-savings account and don't have an issue and happy they excused one time on late payment happy with online chat support with quick response.

      Today, I glanced at my credit and noticed a balance increase of 1,900+ to my loan. This is the second time I have this issue regarding insurance. My policy has not changed and I have my car loan on autopay. Due to this change my payment for last month increased to $500+. Again, I verified with my insurance that my policy is the same and still active. My insurance agent informed me that I was the 4th person to call this month from this credit union with the same issue, then offered insurance directly through the credit union. I'm not sure what system this credit union has in regards to insurance verification but I have never had this issue with any other bank or car loan.

      Their online resources are not user friendly at all. I even called the number on the welcome mail they sent, I had to leave a message and still have not gotten a call back. I am trying to make a car payment not dispute something.... first payment and it will be late due to the negligence of the company and how inconvenient online services are. I signed up for auto pay when I bought the car, sent this company a blank check and everything. last week I got mail stating I needed to set up payment type. now I have to wait to verify no bank account. this is not fun....

      It is disturbing to see this Credit Union kicking long time loyal customers while they are down. Instead of showing customers they value them they are using the pandemic to push good people out of loans... In particular the amount of car loans they are refusing to work with, even for those who had Covid, even for our front line workers, they should be absolutely ashamed. Many of these workers are living in their cars as winter is rushing in. It might make them a few bucks now but eventually things will get back to normal and the truth will come out. All these people will get back on their feet and never do business with this place again. I don't think the community will be very impressed with the way they are treating human beings I'm their hour of need. Greed is the downfall of anyone or any institution. I would hate to see that happen here.

      Couple months ago, I got an auto loan through UICCU, I was driving 25 minutes just to make my car payment, finally this last Saturday 09/23/2017 I opened a checking and savings account with Catilyn(teller) and Laura(banker), great experience! I made the car payment, waited about 30 minutes to actually open the account. Catilyn went out of her way to start the process to make it go faster, which I was glad. Laura was very busy and right after her other customers left she didn't even hesitate and came right over and got me, the process to make the account was fast and I loved that I got the debit card right away, didn't have to wait for it in the mail. I went straight home and told my boyfriend to go open an account with them! Great experience!
