Dean Brown is the best in the business. We used him for our first home purchase in 2017 and he was great and explaining everything to a couple of newbies. through the entire process there was no party nearly as responsive and clear as Dean (not realtor, escrow, etc.), that was extremely helpful. In 2021 we found a house on a Saturday afternoon we were interested in and i emailed Dean to run some numbers for me, he got back to me with all the numbers in less than an hour. Even our realtor and escrow mentioned how impressed they were with our lender Dean. I have recommended and he has assisted my parents and my sister with new home loans and refinances.
