  I had a good experience and a good outcome using Sean Kelly and West Coast Mortgage for the second leg of my 1031 exchange.   Sean Kelly, a Stanford grad, sure knows his stuff! This will be my second mortgage with his company. I have owned 4 properties and dealt with many brokers. However, Sean's business acumen excels above the others for the following reasons 1) Sean is very knowledgeable on current regulations in real estate, banking and funding 2) He is honest and will tell you right away the prospects of getting a loan 3) Sean will work with you and guide you.
