  Over the years I've had the occasion to deal with many lenders. My only regret is that I didn't meet Deb Colanino sooner! I was very impressed with Deb's attention to detail and follow-thru. She didn't let anything slip through the proverbial crack. I also very much appreciated their customized phone app that let me know what stage my loan was in every step of the way. Deb and her team really made it a pleasure to do business with them and I fully plan to use them again when the need arises. I don't give a lot of reviews, but this one is a keeper!

  Deb truly went above and beyond and so much further than what is required of her for us!! She worked with me for THREE YEARS to help get me in the position to purchase our first home! Several mortgage companies scoffed at me and closed the door on us without so much as an explanation why other than our low credit rating at the time! No insight given and no explanation as to what we could do to improve our situation! From the very first phone call Deb welcomed us with open arms and gave us a very detailed plan to get us in the necessary position to purchase a home! That level of service just does not exist in the real estate industry! To say she is a diamond in the rough is a gross understatement! Upon reaching the point of pre-approval and throughout the entire home buying process Deb was there answering the many questions we had and completely holding our hand through the rigorous and often stressful process explaining everything in detail and in ways that we could understand completely! I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that we would not be homeowners today if I had not picked up that phone and called Deb at Shamrock!!! The best part about all of this is that she was a referral from a friend of mine who she helped out in a similar way so this is nothing new to her just the way she carries herself and the certain level of excellence she brings to the industry! The entire shamrock team is a complete win in my book! Justin who also assisted us greatly and answered so many of my questions was also a true joy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable about every step of the process! Their ability to work with people and help them understand every situation was truly a marvelous to be a part of to say the least! Not only would I refer any and every person I know looking to buy a home I will be actively pursuing anyone who even mentions the desire to do so and referring them to the Shamrock team and Deb! I know they will be in great hands and someday become homeowners just like us! Thank you Shamrock for helping our dreams to come true!!!

  About 1 year ago Deborah and Frank helped us refinance our home, and we went from 6-7/8% all the way down to 2-7/8% saving us over $750.00 per month. All of this was done during Covid-19!! Our financial situation was complicated by the fact that our store was originally wrapped into our house mortgage. Deborah was able to untangle this Gordian knot which also enabled us to sell our commercial property (now mortgage-free) and retire!! We cannot thank both of them enough for all of their dedicated, hard work that made this happen.   I’ve used Deb and Frank for 3 mortgages now. Awesome to work with. They take the “dog and pony show” feel out of the mix. They get it done. Can’t recommend them and Shamrock high enough!!
