  Bill Shea and his team at Fairway Mortgage are far and above the most professional team in mortgages that I have worked with , everything in a timely manner, electronic, made it so easy to manage. The closing was on the South Shore, a quick drive up Route 3. Closed within 47 days of my application. Unheard of in these times! And my rate was outstanding. So were the closing costs! The attorney's office was also very professional. Couldn't be happier with Fairway..great company to work with.
