  Buying a home can be a daunting task. We asked our realtor for suggestions on where to get a mortgage preapproval. He provided us with a few names. We thorougly researched each and decided on Shamrock Home Loans. So glad we did. Spoke with Ron and was preapproved immediately. The team of Ron and Stephanie were so easy to work with. They kept us in the loop during the entire process. This was the smoothest process of obtaining a home loan I have ever done. Thanks for your great service!

  I went into this not knowing anything about or what to do for refinancing & Brian at Shamrock was Awesome! He helped me go right through the entire process! He was dedicated to helping me & even had to message me to remind me of things I forgot to do... LOL! All in all, I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to refinance. Plus, I'm sure they are just as great doing new home purchases as well! (although, I've never used them for a new purchase as of yet...)

  My brother and I recently closed on our first home. Working with Shamrock made the process very straight-forward, easy, and a-lot less stressful. It was an absolute pleasure working with our loan officer Deborah and her husband. She walked us through the whole process, outlined what was needed, what to avoid, made suggestions, was very responsive, personal, and made sure we were absolutely comfortable with every step. I would highly recommend them! While Shamrock and Deborah was very responsive, quick, and efficient, as with anything important, part of the responsibilities is also ultimately on the applicant to be prompt with communications, documentations, and information as everyone's situation is different. The faster things are communicated, the faster any problems that arise can be identified and resolved! :)

  I just purchased my second home with Shamrock. Although there were a ton of documents required, they broke everything down into manageable steps. The staff are incredibly helpful and have a very fast response time to questions. Suzanne showed up to the closings, which seems to be “above and beyond.” I highly recommend Shamrock for your mortgage needs
