  Ed Collins was amazing. During the process of buying our house we needed to move quickly, Ed worked with us non-stop over every obstacle and every question. We were first time home buyers and had absolutely no idea what we were doing. We're so thankful we had Ed at Province Mortgage Associates on our side, walking us through the entire process. Would recommend a thousand times over again!

  We recently refinanced our primary residence and our investment property's mortgages with Rachel St. Sauveur at Province Mortgage. It was such a pleasure and she was extremely efficient. Everything was so easy which enabled us to accomplish our goal of saving money quite quickly. I can't express how thankful my husband and I are for Rachel's guidance and professionalism.   I’ve purchased two homes, and worked with Gerry at Province Mortgage both times. He’s accessible, and is great at breaking things down step-by-step to make the process easier to understand. Gerry and his staff worked quickly and efficiently to get everything done so we could close on time, and their online platform makes the transfer of documents easy.
