  Pamela is truly wonderful. My family and I have been in search for a new home for almost two years. From the first home we looked at, through bids that did not get accepted, and finally when we closed on a dream home, Pamela was with us every step of the way! Her knowledge regarding the market and home buying process helped us to finally get into our dream spot. Her communication has always been extremely prompt and informative. Her friendly and welcome personality made it so easy (and fun!) to work with her. She truly went above and beyond to make sure this process was as easy (and FUN!) as possible. We cannot recommend Pamela enough if you are looking to find your dream home!

  The team at Seward Properties is hands down one of the best realty teams that we have worked with. Being new to town and the state of Alaska we had several questions and concerns in regard to the home buying process. The team answered our questions and walked with us step by step through the process.   I try not to give the highest rating for all categories when reviewing professional service or some product, but in this case I could not give Pamela anything less then the highest rating available. She worked with me for a year to find the perfect little house I was looking for in Seward, while I was living in New York. For anyone that has experience looking for a place in Seward you know it is not an easy prospect. The impacts of the pandemic on real estate prices and availability was an additional challenge. Pamela, with abundant positive attitude, kept my hopes up as we put offers together on houses that I did not get in this competitive environment. Then in late August, the Little Yellow House (as I call it) became available with a very short turnaround time to put an offer together. Pamela worked with me and my daughter (who lives in Seward) to arrange a virtual tour of the house, putting a successful offer together and then helping me through every step of the process that led to my having a key to the house in early October. The key point here is that Pamela cares very much about matching a person to a place and doing what she can to make that match happen. When she stopped by to see me in the Little Yellow House a couple of weeks after I moved in, it was so clear that she took great joy in helping me get exactly what I was looking for in a home. If you are looking for a partner in purchasing a home in the Seward area I highly recommend requesting Pamela Eiting to be on your team.

  As a Seward local and first- time homebuyer, I loved working with Seward Properties. Nicole and Pamela are so knowledgeable, always available to answer my many questions, and incredibly helpful in explaining the buying process. It was a tough year searching for the right place but these ladies stood by me the whole time and never gave up. At one point, Pamela and I were messaging on an InReach because it was the only form of communication I had working on a liveaboard vessel in the backcountry of Alaska for an entire summer!!   Pamela Eiting of Seward Properties was wonderful to work with on my land sale. I was out of state for the entire process and she did a great job helping put together the needed information and keeping me informed of the progress. Pamela was available via text and phone call which was very helpful for me. When the time came to deal with offers, she was able to point out concerns and negotiable points clearly. We ended up selling the property easily and at a great price. I highly recommend working with her.

  We have been working with Seward Properties for about two years to find a single-family home in the downtown area that we could live in year-around. Callie Bacon was our realtor until this summer, when she had to take a leave of absence for personal reasons. We loved working with Callie and learned a lot through that searching process. Nicole Lawrence stepped in for Callie for a bit, until we decided to look at a home that Nicole was also selling. At that point, we started working with Pamela Eiting, who ended up leading us through the entire offer and buying process. We were successful in purchasing this wonderful home in Seward in large part thanks to Pamela! She is wonderful to work with, easy to understand, very thorough, and super responsive. All in all, we've had a great experience working with Seward Properties over the years and are grateful they've helped us find our "home sweet home" in amazing downtown Seward!

  I highly recommend Seward Properties and their wonderful staff! Nicole worked with me for about a year until she found me the perfect place for me and my dog, Daisy, our perfect forever home. She and the rest of the staff were always there if I needed help or had any questions or concerns. Nicole kept me up to date on everything that was going on through the process of buying a home. Never buying a home before, she was very kind and no matter what was going on, always took the time to help me. Daisy and I are now in our little home and loving every minute of it, we are looking forward to many years of happiness here and so Thankful for Nicole and her staff at Seward Properties.
