  I've had my car going on 6 months now with only an additional 4,000 miles put on it n its been in the shop more than I drove it. I stop taking it back to 7x 2 months ago and took it to another dealer to work on the cars shutting off when coming to a stop. The new shop fixed multiple parts including the torque converter and 400$ later out of pocket its is still shutting off. I am now stuck paying 20,000 left on loan with a car that has a trade in value of 5,600 according to Kelly blue book. Everyone I know said I should never had went to 7x. Now I wish I hadnt. Not saying they weren't nice people. I just feel I got ripped off and currently seeking legal help.

  Just Bought my 3rd car from 7x, Never had any issues with any of them besides normal maintenance. I recommend them to all my friends who are in need of a good car at the best prices around!! They also have a huge salvage yard in the back full of parts of you need something they are happy to pull it for you and install!

  I have been very conflicted on what to leave for a review. The truck over all is a great little truck with low miles. Happy with the truck. But the truck was heavily advertised on multiple media platforms as a 1 owner truck. But in truth it was a documented 2 owner that had been repossessed. Not until after I paid Faith for the truck was this disclosed and very casually. At first I was furious and wasnt sure what to do. Later on I listened to Eric's explanation and still wasnt enthused. But I went ahead anyways. Well when I went to register the truck the DMV wasn't as casual as the dealership was about the word 'repossessed'. That sent them into overdrive and they scrutinized every detail of the deal. I spent nearly two hours there to get it through. The DMV made quite a few phone calls to make sure I would even get the paper work through. Calls to supervisors of supervisors. I'm praying the title doesnt come back branded but was told that was a possibility. At the dealership we ironed out some details on the truck and some last minute fixes. They were great to work with on that aspect. But the fact is that the repossession should have been talked about right away. I would not have driven out of state for the vehicle had that been disclosed. I honestly thought about getting my money back and driving home but it took a long time to find that truck. There was a reason I wasnt told until the money had exchanged hands. As for everything else they went out of their way to take care of any details about the sale. I have now had the truck for about a month and I have to say it's one of the best trucks I've ever had regardless of the age or mileage.

  Brain we are so happy your happy with the truck and the overall experience with our dealership. We took In your old vehicle in on trade for exactly the price you wanted for it without lowering your price at all and paid off your current loan. We also negotiated the price on our vehicle after your concerns with the ownership and lowered the price for you. The vehicle is a 1 owner truck with only 60,000 original miles and is truly an amazing vehicle. There was no actual ( repossession ) it was more like a cancellation of a purchase and the would be 2nd owner had possession for less then 5 weeks and less then 150 miles. There will never ever ever ever be a repossession reported because it actually never happened but never the less it does not at all effect the value. Either way the the price was negotiated after the conversation not before and you were made aware prior. So again we greatly appreciate very much your business with our dealership and again so happy to hear your happy with your truck however if your not sure what you want to do and want to return the truck please do so and we will be glad refund you all your money if that would make you feel more comfortable.

  Bought my 2003 Dodge Durango here , for a 17 year old vehicle I have to say the truck is very clean and Eric gave me a great price on it . I’ve had it for a couple of months already and no problems . Also have a huge scrapyard with tons of parts .

  Great staff! Everyone is really nice here. Eric has great cars and Frank is an amazing salesperson! I love my car and customer service is outstanding! Car runs great and is clean. I highly recommend Seven X.

  I had a great experience with this company. My car runs great, I got accepted and able to fix my credit. Overall extremely happy with them.

  Went to see what they had there and couldn't make a deal. They even tried to sell me a vehicle that had a huge crack right down the center of the windshield. Why would you even have that on the lot! Fix it before it gets put out there. Most of their vehicles were worse for wear. Parts and pieces hanging off, terrible patch jobs, scratches and dents all over that mysteriously didn't show up on the photos on their website. I'd stay away. Went to another car lot in white sulfur springs and bought from them. What a difference in vehicle quality, workmanship, and customer care! He was so much better than seven x. He even let me pick out the parts needed and paid 100% of the cost and work! I'm going to stick with him and not even bother with the seven x eye sores.

  I am Sorry we could not make a Deal but glad you found a car you are happy with. No Car Leaves our Lot needing ANYTHING especially having a cracked window. Before any car leaves it gets New Tires, Brakes, Rotors, Oil Change and tune up. Then We send them to another shop to get looked over again before inspection if anything is needed is found we take care of that with no additional cost the the buyer. We explained this to you when you were here and told you that the window would be replaced. We are are very busy here being a Dealership, Mechanic shop and salvage yard and getting costumers cars fixed and getting Sold cars inspected and registered is our main focus and that is why the window was not already taken care of. But Before the Car left our lot it was fixed and the customer was very happy with our service. Thanks, Seven X Motors

  Eric and Faith are good people I've dealt with them in the past unfortunately this time around I was unfortunate and had to deal with Frank who is the most unprofessional ruthless typical used car salesman I've ever seen he is disrespectful unprofessional and all he cares about is getting the most of your money into his pocket he will do things that you don't ask him to do such as run your credit through multiple Banks to try and get the best deal so they can make the most money they don't communicate just an all-around bad experience I actually went back and got my deposit and am now going to a different dealership with better prices, good luck to anyone that tries.. After being cursed at, yelled at and ridiculed I decided to leave there before something bad happened to Frank good luck with your future endeavors, KARMA IS A -WELL YOU KNOW THE REST!! Never should a salesman discuss intimate details of a business's dealings this guy(Frank) went as far as to tell me what type of lenders fees they pay and try to make me feel bad as if I should pay more for the car because they're getting charged the lender fee.
