      I don’t even want to give this TD Bank location one star. They deserve no stars. My fiancée has been a long time member and we went to this branch at 12:30pm. They don’t close until 1pm. He wanted to add me to his account and open a savings account but the teller was very rude and was speaking over him while he was trying to explain to her what we needed. She informed us that they could not help us and that we needed to go to another branch or make an appointment. We drove over an hour to get to the branch. We were there before it was closing time so they should have at least tried to help us. We will never go back to this TD Bank again.

      Makes up its own rules..I guess.. I contacted t TD Bank headquarters the day before I set out because I live 2 miles from my local TD and was told that the company cashes non member checks in NY STATE, so I made the walk and got told they "weren't going to be cashing my check." Called the company again and the company said while the policy for their NY locations is to cash them, it's up to each location's own discretion as to what they "want" to do. Does that sound right? Not to me. Thanks for nothing.

      I like TD banking.. but I don't like this branch. Instead of completely helping a customer before moving to the next, they often go back and forth with multiple customers at the same time? I hate when I have to make a deposit because whether I am inside or in drive thru it takes an entire hour. So frustrating especially when a regular deposit should only take a few minutes. They take your money in window, start helping someone inside, then come back to help you and then go back to help them. Just help one person fully at a time! I have no doubts there are clerical errors made bc of this back and forth business. It makes zero sense

      This bank doesn't honor its own terms and conditions. We opened our account on line and printed out the terms and conditions. We followed the terms and conditions to the letter and when it came time for them to pay the $300. bonus they applied different terms and conditions and refused to pay. Bait and switch. We reported them to the AGs office and and investigation is ongoing.

      Ask me for more details, Now I understand why most people prefer Chase or other bank over the TD bank, Their ATM took my card as well as my money that I came to deposit in the account and they were closed on Tuesday for no reason ( no national holiday or bad weather ) I came to address the issue about the ATM, just wasting my time with this bank. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY INCIDENT I HAD WITH TD BANK I HAD FEW MORE AND I AM DONE WITH THIS BANK as soon as they open I’m moving to other bank finally.

      Ignore the bad reviews from basically January to now. People tend to forget we are in a pandemic and they have one window for drive thru because they are looking out for people’s safety. They go above and beyond to help and it’s sad to see these reviews about people complaining about “waiting” you would have to wait regardless even if the bank was open. Nice staff unfortunately for this branch people just don’t have patience now a days :)

      Terribly slow service & uninformed employees. Needs new management. A good idea would be adding a sign in sheet for the service desk, like every other branch uses. Literally been sitting here for 40min listening to an employee and client go on in a personal conversation, which is fine to do when you're not busy. There are 4 other customers waiting.

      I love the people there but....it's always a skeleton crew. One teller frantically running back and forth from front to car window. When liberty was open it was always staffed ..makes me wonder if TD is going to pull out of the area soon. Really too bad, like I said I had liked TD when it was staffed.

      We have many dealings with this Bank and I have dealt with every single employee of the branch at some point ... They are always doing their best to provide excellent, prompt & friendly service! For being one of the Larger Banks in our area they do not make you feel that way at all. I enjoy going to this bank!
