  We just closed on our dream home and without Seth it would have never happened. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication and truly looking out for our best interest. Seth worked to raise our credit score so we could get the best interest rate and made it happen within our time frame. We cannot thank him enough for his hard work! We HIGHLY recommend. Also we were referred to him from a broker in North Carolina that my parents worked with so if he’s known in NC you know he’s good.

  I received mail from All Home Mortgages after I had made a call to a different mortgage company where I had been preapproved for an FHA loan, but my credit score was a bit too low for a USDA loan through the other company. On this piece of mail it sounded like my credit score would be high enough to pursue the USDA loan with All Home Mortgages, so I sent out an email, explaining that I was already preapproved for an FHA loan, but I had seen that they approve for USDA loans with a lower credit score and I was only interested in getting approved for the USDA loan as this loan was my preferred choice for a loan and wanted to get more information and to see if I was qualified for this USDA loan. Seth replied and told me they could use my middle credit score and told me I would need to fill out the preapproval application, which I did. They then came back and asked me what I wanted my loan to be for and I told them the amount and they said that is doable. They then send me a bunch of information that had nothing to do with the USDA loan, it was for an FHA loan. I responded back and questioned them on which loan were they talking about because what they had sent sounded nothing like a USDA loan. They responded, by saying that I am correct, they are talking about an FHA loan after I made it very clear that I was not interested in an FHA loan with them, I am wanting to get a USDA loan through them. No where did they say, you can not be approved, they just completely started throwing completely different loan information at me trying to make it sound like we were still talking about a USDA loan. I told him once again I was not interested in the FHA loan that I was only interested in an USDA loan and he came back and said because I prefer to have a USDA loan and my stance on an FHA and it being a fall back option that he will not pursue the USDA loan. With that being said I asked for a further explanation on why does having a preference over which loan I will be approved for matters? My guess is either my credit score really isn't high enough and he is using his mail to bait people into calling and then just trying to switch which loans on you without your knowledge. I just want to warn people that this company seems to be sketchy with the way they work. They waste your time and I did not feel like I trusted anything they were saying with the way they went from saying yeah you can be approved for a USDA loan to then sending me what I would need for that loan, which in reality was a different loan that they never mentioned.
