  Seth helped my wife and I refinance our mortgage and I can't say enough good things about him. He worked to get us the lowest rate possible, significantly lower than the rate our current lender was offering to refinance. He was professional, fast, courteous and nice. I highly recommend him!

  Seth did a fantastic job for us. Buying a home can be a nerve wracking process but Seth makes you feel comfortable and makes sure that you have all of the information that you need.   My husband and I were turned down for a VA loan and we were prepared to hold off on purchasing our dream home. This denial generated a letter from Seth to us all the way in Florida. When I first opened I thought it was just spam, but it was the best call I made. Seth worked with us closely, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, we closed on our dream house in weeks, and are so happy! On top of getting our dream house, Seth walked me through my credit report, I reported the errors and my credit score went up 80 points in weeks, after the closing but putting us in a perfect position to refinance at an even lower rate in a few months! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

  I am a first time home owner and was nervous at the start of this process... Seth was great from our very first conversation! He explained everything to me thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and kept it real with me. He was patient, respectful, and always responsive to texts, emails, and calls.
