Chase Bank Reviews

john reising1Cancelled my debit card for suspicious activity and said they would issue another one, two weeks later I called Chase's 1-800 number to find out about it and this branch didn't even order a new card. Very inconvenient, I'm very disappointed. And still waiting

Majority Silent1I am terrified to use this bank anymore. The locals sit in the parking lot drinking at night. Multiple fights and wrecks in the lot. The bar nextdoor allows their employees to use this bank lot however they want.

Addy Garvey5Just turned 18 and was looking to open a new account with Chase since I already had a highschool checking account with them. Cherry Grove wasn't very polite or helpful so I called here and instantly got the help I needed and amazing service from Drew Donovan. Thank you!!

Jeff Mell5Perfect customer service... We are relocating to Cincinnati from Houston and I stopped at this Chase Bank near our daughter's residence for bank business before the moving truck arrived. We're current Chase Bank customers, but I never visited this branch until today. I met with Alan Childs, Relationship Banker Officer and he was outstanding. Alan was a true professional who took care of me with a smile. Also, I mentioned that we would rent for a year to get familiar with the area, before buying a house again. He gave me the mortgage folder and briefly explained the contents, so we would consider Chase Bank when starting another mortgage - that was quick thinking on his part and smart business. I highly recommend Alan Childs and this branch.

Malcolm Crawley1PERSISTENTLY UNPROFESSIONAL and INFERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from one employee undermines the strengths and efforts of the majority of staff. This is most unfortunate. I have been a loyal and happy Chase customer for in excess of 10 years, and have frequented several branches throughout this time owing to my changing business mobility. At each branch, I have received nothing less than stellar customer service and have had very pleasant interactions with staff. Over the past year, as my business location changed once more, I have found the Delta Ave. location to be most convenient. Actually, Chase locations with a drive-through facility are best-suited for my needs due to a physical disability. Unfortunately, however, over the past 4-5 months, I have had the misfortune of encountering "Amanda" each time I use the branch's drive- through facility. "Amanda" makes my banking a wholly unpleasant and needlessly stressful affair. Amanda is persistently rude, apparently lacking the ability to engage in professional amenities such as a welcoming greeting, "Please, and "Thank you". Dictating, directing, and general lack of helpfulness seem to be her preferred communication and demeanor. My last encounter with Amanda left me so rattled that I vowed to drive out of my way to an alternative location for my future Chase banking. Again, this is most unfortunate... and unnecessary. My suggestion for the Delta Ave. Branch is to re-train Amanda if this is possible, and replace her expeditiously if she is not re-trainable. Amanda is undermining your otherwise stellar performance as a team. Your weak link is costing you present business and referrals. Additionally, negative reviews are exponential in their effect.

Heather1They wasted 30 mins of my time to tell me that they couldn't help me with a notary. Pro tip: if you need a notary, go to a legal office, not a bank. If you have a Chase account, don't bother seeking help at this location. No one is there to let know how long you'll need to wait or ask what type of help you need. The counter seemed great, the office help was aggravating.
