  I needed to do a cash out refinance to repay private loans for my new home construction. I couldn't manage to get more than 5 minutes from local banks. A friend recommended I talk to a mortgage broker. Found Seth on Google maps and gave him a ring. He got it done for me and made the process effortless. So easy it was almost worrying. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

  I was left high and dry by my local bank right in the middle of my mortgage application process because of new Covid-19 regulations! I reached out to Seth for some help. Even though there were a bunch of moving parts to my application due to being an entrepreneur, self-employed, and uncharted Covid-19 waters, Seth had over sixty hours on my file but he never gave up. My wife and I would never have been in our dream cottage by the sea without Seth's expertise and perseverance!

  Seth and his team were AMAZING! I bet not many people leave the house buying process saying that. Seth went above and beyond for us, even making special trips to make sure all the right tests and documents were done to close.
