  I had 3 closing dates come and go before we finally closed for real. Cathy would only answer 80% of my questions. After Cathy had all my required documentation she kept requesting more. The first business day after closing my builder called to notify me RMS had shorted them $5,000. After calling Cathy asking what happened I was told they made a mistake and counted my $5,000 down payment to my builder twice. Not my problem but Cathy said unless I wanted to re-close and bring $8,000 to closing I’d have to pay my builder. I am completely disgusted and happy they sold my loan because I’m done dealing with them. Never again.

  Craig got me from start to pre approved for my home loan in one day (and it was a Sunday). He and his team was awesome throughout my entire home buying process and I am now happily living in my new place. Thanks again Craig!

  One stop shopping for mortgage services! We are beginning our search for a new home in Maine and decided to visit RMS for our financing needs. We were confused with all the options we had. Cathy from RMS put us right on track and within short time had a bunch of options for us to ponder. We're pleased, too, that they don't sell their mortages rather keeping them in house so if you have an issue you can simply call RMS and they will help you. Couldn't be more relaxed discussing such and important issue.
