      Wouldn’t even leave 1 star if I had the choice. I have no idea how these people are still open. Very rude people, and can never pay my bill. And I’m not even sure how my mortgage ended up with them.

      Website is trash. Half the time I can’t even login. Says my password or login is wrong when I know it’s not. I have my passwords saved or written down. Also, I have to change my password once every couple months.. why? When asked security questions for login, it says it’s incorrect. Funny thing is, I only had one first job, don’t know why it’s saying it’s wrong. The website user ability is garbage. The customer service is terrible. Usually always rude like they have better things to do that their job and talk to their customers. Unfortunately I had no choice in this company buying out my original loan. They also don’t allow you to make biweekly payments. All around this company is a joke.

      Thank you for your feedback. Our payment vendor requires 90 day password resets as a security measure. We have not had any other feedback from customers with issues surrounding our security questions. It is an industry standard that no partial payments (biweekly payments) are allowed.       Have been locked out of my account numerous times over the past 13 years with them due to the frequent password change requirements. Ridiculous that payments can’t be made after 9 pm. Having to wait until Monday to call them while I’m on lunch break at work in order to unlock account and make a payment… very frustrating. You’d think they would have upgraded to better UI and UX by now.

      Thank you for your feedback. Our payment vendor requires 90 day password resets as a security measure. Likewise, our payment vendor's policy allows for payments any other hour of the day or night except for 9-11:59 p.m. so they may process payments during that time.

      They "lost" my mortgage, their customer service is AWFUL and website just as bad. It's literally impossible to get a real person on the phone to help.

      I have filled out a loss report on my roof and no one has contacted me yet they left a message saying they received it but everytime I try to call them back no one calls back in the meantime there a bad leak in my kitchen and I have to put pots on floor to catch the rain water and it is bad! because it has been raining nonstop I guess they waiting for ceiling to collapse and cause me and my family bodily harm

      My wife and I purchased a home in Missouri through U.S. Bank, who within 1-2 months sold our loan to ServiSolutions. They've failed, 2 years in a row, to pay my insurance premium for my homeowners insurance. This has resulted in cancellation, and last minute scramble coordination to try and prevent lapse of coverage. Both years, they've claimed that they have not received an invoice from my insurer, and that is the reason they have not paid the invoice. Both years, my insurance agent has provided me with proof of the submitted invoice(s). Invoices which were submitted to their physical address as well as the fax number and email address they provided. I've spent over an hour yesterday, and today with their customer service department who has been absolutely abysmal. My first call resulted in me getting hung up on, only to call back & wait through the queue to get connected with the same representative, who claimed we had just got disconnected. Both times where I put my soccer mom hat on and asked for a supervisor, the supervisor was not available. At this point my insurance agent has mailed 3 notices to the physical address provided, faxed and emailed ServiSolutions. All methods of communication provided BY ServiSolutions, and yet they still claimed they hadn't received it. We were not given an option when US Bank sold our loan to ServiSolutions. If you do have an option when looking for a lender, I would advise against this company. Their inability to provide basic customer service, or make sure escrow payments are appropriately managed is what drives my recommendation to avoid this company at all costs. I will be refinancing with a different lender, and regret not having done so sooner.

      These disgusting predators are totally inept, I bought my house two years ago, with Wayfair Bank in North Carolina, they quickly sold my loan to these inept ones, first of all it is a company that is in another state with no close representation. everything is by phone. At the time of payment they take it out on different dates the first days can be any day, when I called to choose a day and thus have no problems with my bank. They are not able to honor the established date therefore they try subtract and I end up paying their mistakes. I'm so tired of this company that I don't see the date to refinance with a real bank.

      Extremely unhelpful. We did not originally choose ServiSolutions as our mortgage lender, as we live in Missouri and this is in Alabama. Apparently, our mortgage lender reached out to ServiSolutions to buy our mortgage (this is not what our previous mortgage lender messaged to us). We had insurance work done on our home. The claim was filed almost ten days ago, and no one from ServiSolutions reached out to confirm. I cannot find the claim anywhere on my account. I called inquiring how to pay the contractors with the check our insurance company gave to us. I was told I have to send the check in so they can endorse it. This is fine, however, how am I to know that this is the process? As a mortgage company, especially one I did NOT choose on my own, there should be more communication between those who are spending thousands of dollars on their mortgages, and the company just taking the money. We did not even receive any information on this mortgage company, and how their organization works. The man I spoke to did not offer any solutions, and could not answer many of my questions as to how this is had even happened. I was extremely frustrated by his lack of support in assisting us. I even asked if he would like the claim number to look at what I was seeing, but he DENIED this. He simply asked for the amount on the check. I do not feel comfortable sending a check to a company I do not trust and clearly does not support their customers. It would be nice to have flexibility in how these processes work, as well as some clarity, especially for first-time homeowners. I would never recommend this mortgage lender.
