  Omg! Where do I start?!First, I have to say this team—Jimmy, Ansley, Haleigh, and Christy were awesome! I say with confidence, this was a very smooth and stress-free process —especially since I’m a first time homebuyer. The team was always accessible, always ready and willing to any questions/concerns —especially considering my varied schedule changes with work. They were completely transparent step by step from my initial ZOOM-style meeting with Jimmy on day one all the way through to my closing. What I appreciate MOST as a first time homebuyer —this AMAZING course — Framework’s homebuyer education course. Through this course, I learned an incredible amount of valuable information and was also reassured of many things that I had learned independently or learned from family and friends who had already taken this journey. I was highly impressed and appreciated the educational experience Guild Mortgage makes available to all buyers. I could go on and on, but if you’re looking for a stress free home buying experience —even through this unique COVID-19 pandemic—I highly recommend considering Guild Mortgage with Jimmy and his team- an absolute pleasure to work with them all.

  Mr. Parsons and the other professionals in his office provided a loan process based on realistic loan amounts and time schedules. They did not overpromise or underdeliver. The application process was as reasonable as mortgage companies permit and had decidedly less pointless harassment than any other home loan I have ever received. Biggest of miracles, it closed without unreasonable delay. I recommend them to everyone who wants a great experience and result for a home loan.

  Jimmy Parsons and his team at Guild Mortgage took great care of us before, during, and after the home loan process. He was extremely easy to contact initially and then worked closely with us through the mortgage process until closing. After closing, Jimmy has kept regular contact with us through passing along good homeownership and loan information and regularly reaching out to us to make sure everything is good. Jimmy was great to work with and I highly recommend him if you are in need of home loan advice. I have now had a second transaction with Jimmy and everything holds true.
