  This would be my second time working with Jennifer on my home loan. Not only does she explain everything to you, she can help you get to the point of qualifying for a home loan. She puts in an exuberant amount of time and energy to help you at whatever point you are at. When I knew I was selling my home, I knew exactly who I wanted to call. You would be crazy to go with anyone else. Take my advice, do yourself a favor and call her.

  Jennifer Johnston and the team at Bay Equity were the ultimate in home loans to work with! Professional and timely, they were prompt in getting documents to us and thoroughly explained every step of the mortgage process. They sent emails with videos on how to do each step of the process, were available by phone or email for questions, and were always helpful. I received phone calls when something had changed and I needed to update documents, so nothing lagged waiting for me to notice an email in my inbox. They were personable and friendly. I loved the secure method of transferring documents for signatures, so we never had to print out pages, sign and scan them back in. Everything came ready to click and initial Or sign! I felt secure knowing our private documents were safe and never at risk of being sent in an in-secure fashion. They were professional and thorough. I’ve had several mortgages with big-name companies and this is, by far, the best process I’ve ever worked my way through. I highly recommend Bay Equity!

If you are buying a house or applying for a home loan, this is THE person that you want on your team! Through out the entire process of applying, uploading documents communicating back and forth, Jennifer was transparent, efficient, professional, and worked around the clock to ensure that I closed on my home in 30 days!
