  Mindy and her team at service first did an outstanding job helping me obtain a home loan, on my first home! The home buying process was much less stressful then I thought it would be due to Mindy’s desiccation to me, and her other amazing clients!! Not once did I have any problems contacting her as she gave me multiple emails and phone numbers to reach her any time I had questions and if I ever did have a question after hours she responded within a timely manner the next business day!

  Awesome experience, great communication, outstanding customer service. I recommend working with Eric Wommack/Katharine Watson - Katie is the front of the business and she will provide you with one on one service, how it should be in such a personal process. It was an ease to get through the home buying process with her, we had A LOT of hiccups since my situation was quite complicated, but she was always there to cushion my fall and encouraged me to continue on. Now here I am today, first-time homeowner, officially!!! I'll never forget all the hard work she put in, constantly keeping me updated, even if the emails came in at 10:00PM - to me, that showed true dedication.

  Best customer service, made the process as easy as possible! Eric and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and reduced my stress during the process of buying a home! I am a repeat customer and highly recommend! Service First worked hard to make sure that everything went smoothly, that I all my questions were answered, and that I was able to close on time despite those unavoidable hiccups that involved other companies lack of customer service (my bank, the seller's agent, etc) . This is the second home that I have purchased using Eric and his team for my mortgage process and I literally would not go anywhere else!

  I am so thankful for this company. I had some unexpected things happen and hey were able to find a way to ensure my loan closed and I purchased my first home. These people are amazing and every one situation is not the same so please whatever you do, if you’re reading this do NOT GIVE UP. Be honest so they can help you fully. Katie was my rep and she did an amazing job assisting us throughout this entire process. She was fast, precise, educational and always and I mean ALWAYS answered her phone. If she couldn’t not she would give you a window . I was able to ask many questions and she amaswered them completely. I love these people up here we are now NEW HOME OWNERS!!!
