Michael Millsap5We could not have asked for an easier transaction! We called ahead to see if EECU would be able to refinance an auto. By the time we arrived, the bulk of the "paperwork" (most all on computer now) was already prepared. A few signatures later and everything was complete. Previous loan was paid off and transferred over in less than a week. Nice to do business with and unlike some of the larger banks, we were able to conduct business in person using all the current CDC precautions.

I’ve used this location in Mansfield for a variety of things over the last two years- general banking, loans, investments, etc. The most enjoyable in-person overall banking experience I’ve had in long time. Mitchell and Maggie are incredible, as I’ve dealt with them several times for various issues. Vita made my recent transaction painless and quick. Very impressed with the service and attention I receive at this location. My last visit brought me to Jennifer who was very friendly and helpful. Always quick, easy, and friendly here. Local and financially beneficial. All reasons why I continue to do more here. Thanks!

Mz Mela1Opened an account online and selected to go in person to get card since I had a large deposit to make but was called by a lady asking if I had utility bills in my name.Since I’m residing at my grands house and have an out of state license she said she could not open my account. Buffoonery!! Yet I have other bank accounts with the same info. So I opened an account with Navy Fed credit union instead- with no problem. This credit union is just down the street from me so just much closer and would had been quicker to get to. However, her canceling my account due to a utility bill DIDN’T stop nothing!!! This is the 2nd negative experience I had with this credit union. 3 strikes won’t be what I’m going to do. Twice is sign enough!

Lee Bates5Mitchell King is Awesome!!!! I closed multiple accounts with BoA and transferred all to EECU. Mitchell not only opened multiple accounts for me, he took the time to get the mobile side squared away for me as well. The guy is a cross between the Apostle Paul & Superman.

Jasmine Tan5Ms. Vashyon Jackson, the financial center manager at the EECU Mansfield branch provided excellent customer service while helping us open an account for our Girl Scout troop. She was very cheerful, polite and professional as we worked together to get the account opened, and mind you, it's a pretty lengthy process . Mark Harwell5Got tired of paying a $20 monthly fee to have a checking account at Chase. Opened a checking and saving at EECU. Vita was very helpful and professional getting things set up. Then she mentioned their auto loan services, after talking to her we refinanced both our auto loans with EECU and dropped both loans 2% to 3.25% also gap insurance was 1/2 the price we were quoted thru the dealership. So not only are we saving the $20 monthly fee we were paying at Chase but Refinancing our auto loans with EECU we’re saving almost $60 a month on our auto loans. Couldn’t be happier!!!

Renix Graham5My experience at EECU Mansfield Branch was awesome. The employees were helpful, attentive and accommodating. The employees are a reflection of their Branch Manager Ms. Jackson. Ms. Jackson is an amazing branch manager who helped me get the medallion stamp. She took her time helping us with the process. Her customer service and leadership skills really stood out to me. Being a leader myself, I had the opportunity to glean from another leader. She held it down. Ms. Jackson recommended a list of leadership books to read. I LOVE to read, and that was an extra plus for me. Ms. Jackson and I are book readers. Leaders recognize Leaders. I like Ms. Jackson a lot! Anyone looking for a Great Bank, I highly recommend EECU in Mansfield. Great Bank to Be!

Jennifer M.5The customer support I received this morning was outstanding. There was a mishap with my auto loan where there were duplicate withdrawals; as you can imagine my account was off so when I notice this I came into the branch. I was quite concerned but the Financial Center manager Mrs. Vashyon Jackson put me at he's immediately. Mrs. Jackson looked at our account, and could see that something was off. She made necessary phone calls in real time and resolved the issue. I am thankful for the customer service I received and will continue to be a faithful EECU member. I realize that I could have walked in angry and acted put off and upset, but when you can get that level of service and resolution without any of the negative behavior....why would you.
