Rebecca Hayslip1I had an appointment with the notary at this location. Brought my elderly mom (using a walker) to have a document signed and notarized. The lady refused to notarize because my Mom wasn’t a customer, but I am. I have been a Bank of America customer for over 30 years! I told her this and she still refused. I’m supposed to be a preferred customer due to the amount of money we have in our accounts!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Couldn’t notarize a document for the mother of a customer!! She even had the nerve to tell me to go to Kroger down the street, “they may have a notary”!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Azmi Elqutob1Trying to speak to somebody for two days and I keep getting sent to voicemail. For a bank you’d think they would be put together. Shouldn’t be an issue to get a callback.

Shuguii SU5I just want say thank you to Miss Cynthia for helping me with my atm transaction. This is the first time I feel welcomed at BOA The location close to me ( Grand Prairie/ Camp Wisdom) is the worst. The tellers not only they don’t greet you, but have a bad attitude. sometimes I feel like closing my account and go to another bank.

Michael Moody1Understaffed with uncaring customer service reps. Managers sit around while customers wait in long lines for any transaction. Services reps “at lunch” at 10:49 AM when they don’t open until 9:00 AM. What a joke. Frost Bank is far superior and yes, I do bank there but pay my mortgage in person with BofA.

Alisha Ancrum1Everytime I come to this location I have an issue. Today I went through teller drive through only to be judged by the teller who called the manager over for a transaction that I was wanting to do with my business account . After watching them talk for several min, they finally found a reason to nit pick over and refuse me of service (apparantely my I.D signature and signature on the deposit slip was off to them). In all my years of dealing with banks I have never EVER had this happen. They asked me to come inside to do a pin transaction which i couldnt bc i was in bedroom slippers(I work from home). I explained that to the manager but he could of cared less. I feel completely judeged because of the nature of the transaction I was requesting. This is sad, I am a business owner. My business generates approx 70k a month and there are times I have to withdraw money to pay my contractors and employees. Needless to say, although, I was inconvenienced, I was able to go to BOA on S.Cooper with NO issues. Im sorry BOA but you all do not accomodate your customers enough to be able to treat any one this way. I dont know what has happened to this bank over the years but Limited banking hours, limited call center hours are some of the inconviences, to name a few. Now, to add insult to injury, I find thatyou allow bank managers and tellers alike to judge your customers. This makes me regret my decision of leaving WF - And trust me, that is saying alot.

Denese G3Only one teller and sat in drive thru for over 10mins, on my lunch break. Jeese can't believe bank is too cheap that they can't hire more employees during Christmas to help their customers. Teller was friendly,I'm sure she was stressed.

Chandra Wagner1Not so friendly staff, one in particular. I've been to this bank twice trying to cash a check and on both occasions I wasn't able to cash either check and the staff offered nobtype of assistance. I had gone to a different branch and the staff were more then willing to assist me.
