  The lines are usually just overbearingly long, an your employee Morgan is kind of rude. She doesn’t have the best customer service and she always makes me feel almost judged when she helps me with my transactions. I do love service credit unions bank in general but at this specific store that one employee and the wait times are just inconvenient.

  I have my business and personal account here. The only down fall is that you have to go into Walmart to access the bank but their AWESOME customer service more then makes up for it. They are help full and easy going. Keep up the good work Derry SCU!

  I have to say I Love service Credit Union, I Cash my check there every week... they don’t charge a Fee to myself or the account owner, the tellers don’t ever harass me to get a bank account with them, and they are always Friendly and Polite. Unlike most banking out there.

  Absolutely fantastic customer service! I no longer live in Derry but I make the trip to this branch because of the outstanding customer service from Scott, Tabitha and Melissa to name a few. There is not a single person at this branch that does not give exceptional service and they always go out of their way to help.

  If I could give this place no stars I would! Tried to cash a state check the guy had no problem with it. Started to cash the check then a girl came out of no where and stopped him and said only New Hampshire residents can cash checks here with a nasty attitude! Just rude and unprofessional why is that one person said it was fine then it’s not! You are a credit union not a state of New Hampshire credit union! Just horrible

  Today sep.5 2020 derry branch in waltmart store the service is very bad treatment maybe close my account only one employer always still working his name is will.
