  This place is amazing! I bought some AirPod Pros for an amazing price and they work perfect! Not sure why there are some 1 star reviews the service was great. He’s very trustworthy and this is definitely the pawn shop to go to for your pawning needs!

  If you're looking to pawn something off, don't waste your time. They'll offer you 20 percent of what it's worth. You can probably get a decent deal if you decide to buy something though. They're terrible on pricing.

  Hi Owen, Not exactly an accurate or fair review. When you came in today to borrow money on your item I politely told you that we just sold that exact same item for the price you wanted to borrow on yours, I even showed you the sales receipt. We never made you an offer at all so saying we only offer 20% isn’t true. We can’t pay close to retail and also sell items for a discount at the same time.

  Other reviews seem dishonest, but that's unsurprising for a pawn shop. Had a bundle of games, and the man was willing to work with me to help me get the amount I needed. He's been here forever, and it shows. Will return as a buyer in the future. Thank you sir

  I went in to get estimates on my Apple Watch (3rd gen) and AirPods (first gen), and the gentleman I dealt with was extremely polite and explained everything clearly along the way so I didn’t have any questions really. I also looked around just a little (close to the pay counter) while he was examining my devices and I am really surprised and happy to see gift cards! (Priced below their value so you are definitely getting a deal!!!) I think in the future I will be back at the very least to look at things for sale (I am not a big item seller, just occasionally).

  the only place that has worse trade in prices than this would be gamestop. Place doesn’t offer much greatness, 2/10

  Would be helpful if you gave a little more detail in your review. We do pay more than gamestop and we sell for less. Please try and remember that this is a business and we can't buy everything that comes through our doors for whatever price the customer was hoping to get. Unfortunately, we do have to pass on some items that we, through experience, know won't sell well out of this store. We hope that you will come back and give us the opportunity to change your impression of us.

  Be careful with this place like most pawn shops they will lie to your face about products. Ex I brought in a drawing tablet (did my research before hand of course its selling for 350ish used) and he really tried telling me it only 150 when he dosent even know how to turn it on 😂. He must think all of them are the same. That’s like saying all guitars are the same. Pawn shop more like scam shop

  We're sorry you feel that way. We never lied to you about anything. We looked up your item, based on the model number that was on the device, and told you what we saw them selling for. We never made you an offer due to the price you were looking for, we politely passed on the item. Not sure how you think we tried to scam you. If you'd like to bring the item in again we will show you exactly what we see when we look it up.

  For the people that complain you need to understand that they are a pawn shop and are there to make a profit so if you go in with the expectation of getting a lot of money from your item you are pawning or selling you need to understand and have knowledge of the whole industry and how it works. So quit crying and complaining because your just making your selves look like uneducated fools. I've done a lot of business with many of pawn shops and the pawn guys are straight legit business men that conduct quality business and I have nothing negative to report about them, I've always gotten the number I was looking for or close to it and that's simply because I know how the system works. So thank you very much to the pawn guys the owner and his other employee that works up front you guys have been nothing but a pleasure to do business with. Tom Cuddy

  Once again told me "its not worth their time" to take something i want to sell. Literally told me they would make a profit off it but its just not worth their time. So basically just dont waste YOUR time going to them or honestly any other pawn shop in derry nh. Unless what you are selling costs a fortune just remember to them "its not worth their time".

  Hi Jasmine, I'm sorry we were unable to buy your item. We are happy to look at anything brought into our store and yes, sometimes, we have to pass on a customers item/s. I did check our records and I do see that we bought an item off you in October but, I must have missed our 5 star review for that transaction :)) I would like to know more about your last visit and why someone would have said "it's not worth our time", as that is not something I have ever heard come out of an employees mouth before.   They were very helpful, courteous and kind guys. I had alot of stuff I just didn't need anymore and didn't want it to go to Goodwill. They were a refreshing change to the other guys down the road I dealt with on a previous experience. I will be back!! Thank you guys!

  Can't say enough good things about this shop. Needed help and they were quick to help. Walking in to Pawn Guys I was surprised that they were a pawn shop, they had a little bit of everything. Will def. be going back!!
