  Sergei was very helpful throughout the whole process. My wife and I were living in San Diego at the time of the whole process while looking for a home in LA. We had Sergei look at property after property and even virtually for us. We had full confidence in his skill set and he understood what we were looking for. He definitely is passionate about the industry and getting his clients into the perfect home. He is willing to go above and beyond for his clients.   My husband and I recently purchased our home with Sergei’s help. After working with a couple of other realtors and not getting our offers accepted, Sergei was able to deliver and get the deal done. We only worked with him for about a month and we were already in escrow. That is a big deal in today’s crazy market. Sergei was very professional and knowledgeable. He also kept our spirits up and helped us stay positive during stressful times. We would highly recommend choosing Sergei for your real estate needs. You won’t be disappointed!

  We where referred to Sergei through my sister. He has helped us for Almost 7 months looking for properties because we had a very limited budget and wanted to buy within a certain area in Glendale. We finally found the property right before the holidays and he was able to get our offer accepted. We got a much larger property within our budget and the property was turnkey. Sergei was even able to reduce the price 25k. We will go back to Sergei when we are buying our investment property. 5 star service all around! Thanks a lot for your patience and hard work Sergei!!

  We met Sergei on Zillow and after a few showings, we decided to hire him full time to help us find a property in the valley. He was ver patient with us throughout the process. Me and my husband knew exactly what we wanted, so it took us a while to find that exact property in todays market. We really enjoyed the process of working with Sergei because he was very honest with us and always mentioned the pros and cons of the properties he showed us. Some of these things we had no idea about. For example on one of the properties we saw, he told us that the roof had wear and tear on it by just looking at it from outside. Like I've mentioned before he is really a true professional and very easy to work with. A+++ We highly recommend him for all your Real Estate needs!

  When I started my haunt for a property I was looking for an agent on Zillow when I came across Sergei Hovsepyan. He had amazing reviews and I loved the properties that he sold. Based on that I decided to give him a call. He helped us find our dream home in Granada Hills for less than market value. We where able to beat out several offers without bidding higher than them. I absolutely loved his expertise and would go back to him for my next property. He is very professional and really knows the game of Real Estate.

  The reviews must be family and friends because this guy is horrible!!! He was working with the buyers when we were selling our home & this guy would cuss and threaten at our agent and us indirectly through our agent. ZERO professionalism, zero self-respect, just somebody who thinks he’s bigger than he is. Disgusting behavior.
