  We closed a 30-year mortgage loan with helps from Danie Fogg and the team last week. Danie was great to work with and provided prompt, efficient, and clear customer service for our home refinance. Good communication throughout the process and able to get us a terrific rate and close in a relatively short time (about 30 days). I would highly recommend using Danie and Semper Home Loans for a low-rate and hassle free process.

  My husband and I just closed on a refi. From start to finish the process was easy, smooth and fast. Questions we had were answered right away! We worked mostly with Robert, he went above and beyond to help us reach our goals. Robert checked in with us weekly to let us know how the process was going. It took about 3-4 weeks from start to finish and he even helped us set up the closing date with our lawyer. I couldn’t say enough good things about Robert and my experience. I loved it so much I even recommended my brothers to Robert and Semper Home Loans. One of them is closing this week and the other has started the process. Thank you Robert and Team!

  You may, as I did, be thinking, "I've never heard of Semper, can I trust them with something this important?" We just completed a refinance of our home and I can say the answer is yes. Semper's online application and document upload process is really fast and easy. Our loan officer - Dan Fogg - was great. He quickly responded to our questions and concerns. The whole process was fast - took us just over a month from application to closing. Semper's rates and fees were the best I could find (and I did a lot of research). Highly Recommended!

  Lost nearly $500 on appraisal, and nearly $70,000 for my mortgage!!!! The worst lender that i have ever worked with. I locked in a refinance rate with them for 60 days and they intentionally delayed my loan process as the rates were going up. I called them, emailed them, left many messages, but they did not return my emails/call. They did not even care that my lock in is expiring. One day before my expiration day, they called and they said they are sorry. WOW! I paid the appraisal fee ($500) and turned down another lender that was given me a good rate because Semper convinced me they can help me on this better. For their mistakes, i am going to lose $70,000 for my mortgage.

  I worked with Daniel Fogg, and he was amazing! We closed within a few weeks of submitting the application. His team is a well oiled machine, the process was super easy and they were always on top of it. Semper offered us an interest rate 0.15% lower than we could find anywhere else, with slightly lower closing costs. Would definitely use again!

  Nothing but the greatest experience with Robert as well as Daniel. My refinance was completed quickly and smoothly. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and with the greatest transparency, at no point did I feel out of the loop. If you are nervous about the stress of the mortgage process, this is the place to come.

  Daniel Fogg, Robert, and Jonathan from Semper offered and processed my 30-year refinance quickly and effectively. It took only 44 days from application start to closing. The pricing was slightly better than the estimate from Zillow. They had the best APR I could find even with only 0.5 points, the maximum they could offer. The break-even time was only a few years when compared with their no-points option. On an equivalent no-points APR basis assuming a break-even time of 6 years I would say they were about 0.08% cheaper than the nearest competitor I could find, 0.15% cheaper than the majority of competitive online lenders, and 0.4%-0.6% cheaper than the "mainstream" lenders like Quicken and major banks. Of course that may not be the case with everyone and I may not have gotten quotes with the most competitive lenders. Semper worked well with the title services provider/closing attorney I independently selected, saving me around $800 on closing costs.

  Daniel Fogg and his team strung my husband and I along for months. They are the most incompetent and unprofessional team I've ever worked with. As other reviews mentioned, they made sure to only address and respond to my husband even when he asked repeatedly for them to respond to my emails. It was a not-so-fun throwback to the 1950s. They ultimately were unable to help us refinance.
