  Patricia Vargas dropped the ball on the purchase of my condo because the paperwork, she was 3 weeks late with... And I never got! She also told me the loan process was finished, then asked for my bank statements... Again... So she lied. We had to keep on her to make sure she was doing her job! Isn't that why she's supposed to be the professional? She refused to refund the almost $400 she took from me for documents I never received. She also didn't give me the correct info I really needed. Never apologized. The owners, shame on them also. Mike refused to refund my money because he said my text messages to her were "rude." Well, she wouldn't answer them! If you want the home of your dreams... DO NOT GO TO PATRICIA. I'll probably look into getting my refund legally

  Doing my home and investment property refinancing with Patricia Vargas has been a great experience. I do say that getting things done correctly and in a timely manner is a two way street, so getting the requested documents to her office and being on top of things is the key to making everything run smoothly. Thank you Patricia, you and your team have done great by me!🙏🙂

  Buying a home is very stressful. Dave guided me through the entire process. Dave and his staff put me at ease and always answered the phone and responded to emails quickly. Every time we communicated it was clear he is caring and experienced. We had a mountain of paperwork to sign at the closing. Thanks to David and his team being proactive it went smoothly and now we are in our dream home!!!! Thank you so much.

  Mike had quickly grown completely rude and had no patience for first time buyer. After asking him questions his answers became short ended responses and gave no other options like I was a lost cause. Awful customer service and does not want to help unless he’s making money off of you.
