I can't get any help I've came 3-4 times less than a week either they are racist and don't want to help or well there really isn't any other reason I can think of because that's way too many times I have to ask for help and not get it so I get the picture. You don't help black people

Flavio martins1I called them to find out the balance of the car that I financed with them, I was on hold for 16 minutes and the woman who answered me was very rude to me because I didn't have my account number in hand, I asked if she could locate my account with my personal details and she hung up the phone

The staff are very understanding and do what they can to meet you where you are at, and your needs. They are a fabulous team and have a very diverse team. Heavenly Healer1The most important detail about this bank is majority of its staff members lack banking knowledge, including the one to two branch bankers and the 2 to 4 bank teller. The employees are highly abrasive, disrespectful, and overtly discriminatory towards disabled children/individuals. If you or your family have any type of disability whether it be physical, mental, emotional, I suggest this not be the location that you intrust your money in. If the members of this bank will not be held accountable by their employer, to ensure their staff work at an ethical and respectable standards, amongst disabled community and elderly community, then this credit union lack the proper means to services our communities and they cannot be held accountable for educating us on our finances, or keeping your money safe. This branch location rarely answer members questions, answer their phone or resolve problem. I have yet to see one African-American, Native American, Asian employees at this location, which indicates the lack of diversification amongst this branch, individual working in this bank cannot efficiently help all bank membersbecause they cannot relate to all members, and thus not providing the services need for the community. Furthermore, If you want to be treated with respect this is not the place to go to.

Elizabeth A Williams1This Credit Union without my permission Let my Estranged Son Without My Permission withdraw My Savings that I had to pay the Balance of My Home off.In addition He gave them a stament that he had obtained Fraudently stating he was my caretaker.I never agreed to such an arrangement.Nor was given notice of such an agreement.I did not know of such an arregement as the date he setup.I was I'll and was unable to meet or argree to such an arregement.nor meet with anyone to make such an agreement nor allow Registered Felon with my sole savings.I have been Estranged from since he killed his Brother and spent 10 years in prison.Cc.Nbc News.Attorney Generals Generals O
