      All the workers at this location have bad customer service except a lady named May. They will literally see you standing in line waiting for service with several workers in the back, and act like they don't see you or just walk off from the window like they're busy. No greetings when you walk in and barely open up additional windows to assist in a timely manner and this happens often. This branch is unprofessional and not well-established.

      Never have I had such a hard time paying off a car loan. I have cash to pay it off, they have to go through someone not even on site, no one really knows what they’re doing. And to make matters worse they only allow you to pay a certain amount online every month. A joke of a bank. Not getting a loan from here again, I didn’t choose them to begin with but what the hell guys.

      I have been with this bank since 2008 but the service is terrible. Employees are rude but they have an easy job. People are right about the fees. Which they can reverse, but only if you are Mexican like everyone who works here. Good luck

      SORRY INEPT INADEQUATE I UNDERSTAND why this bank is only in the bay area.The call center is closed after 6 pm.I have been trying for 2 weeks to remove a block off my ATM card.As a disabled GULF WAR veteran honorably discharged! I could not get $60.00 when i have several times that amount.I have called when they were open and cleared up the MESS 4 TIMES.Horrible!Will be closing my Account and moving on.Several workers in my industry have also complained I will address the B B B as well as local city officials.This business has no place here!!!

      I was recommended this bank by a local friend but left this bank and thank goodness I did, they charged me a bunch of monthly fees for services I never used or needed, when they told me those fees are voluntary and they would remove them they did not refund me my money. Horrible service.

      They charge hidden monthly fees so I end up losing more money a month than even with Bank America. Very sad to see this happen from my local bank.
